Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients (11)

Serves 1

1 stick softened butter

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup of cranberries

1 tbsp flour

6 oz white chocolate


Step 1

Start by pre-heating your oven to 375 fahrenheit, then chop up 1/4 cup of cranberry.

Step 2

Then fold in your tablespoon of flour. Make sure all of the cranberries are coated.

Step 3

Add your butter, granulated and brown sugar into a bowl and then mix for three minutes.

Step 4

Crack in your egg, and add your vanilla extract. Mix for a further three minutes.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, mix your flour, baking soda and salt together.

Step 6

Then add this into your other mix and combine it all together for a few minutes.

Step 7

Add your cranberries and white chocolate and mix to create your cookie dough.

Step 8

Then you can begin to form your cookie balls by pinching a small handful and rolling them in your hands to create a ball.

Step 9

Add the cookie balls to a lined tray and place them in the oven for fourteen minutes.

Step 10

Remove your cookies from the oven and allow to cool.

Step 11

Serve up and enjoy!
