Start by salting some boiling water and add your dry pasta for about 8 mins to cook.

Then add in some diced red onion and chopped tenderstem broccoli into a hot pan with some olive oil. Stir that round and fry for around 4 mins to soften.

In the mean time, halve some cherry tomatoes and then once the onions and broccoli has softened add the tomatoes in. Fry for another 2 mins before adding in some finely diced garlic and fresh chilli pepper and fry for a further minute.
Step 4
Once you’ve done that, add in a ladle of reserved pasta water and spoon in some reduced fat crème fraiche.
Step 5
Add in a teaspoon of Cajun seasoning and stir through to make a nice creamy sauce, adding any more pasta water if need be.
Step 6
Now add in some cooked peeled king prawns, grate in some lemon zest and squeeze in some lemon juice.
Step 7
Then finish off by adding in some chopped parsley, the drained pasta and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste before stirring everything together. Enjoy!
