Step 1

Boil the pasta in salted water for 8 minutes

Step 2

In a pan add chorizo and onion. Cook for 5 minutes then add chopped garlic. Cook for 2 minutes then add peas and some pasta water

Step 3

Take the pan off the heat. In a bowl combine egg yolks, parmesan and black pepper. Add the pasta to the chorizo along with the egg mixture. Mix well and enjoy
