Method

Step 1
Mix together the parmesan, zest of 1 lemon, salt, pepper, and the juice of the lemon together in a bowl, set aside. Get pasta cooking
Step 2
Heat some oil in a frying pan, add the zest of another lemon and its juice, and allow to reduce
Step 3
Add the chilli flakes and cooked spaghetti, coat in the oil, then ad the cheese sauce, and toss to coat. Serve with extra grated parmesan
