Creamy Prawns with Bacon Garlic Bread

Deliciously creamy prawns served with garlic bread


Serves 2


Step 1
Roast the garlic head wrapped in foil at 200c for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Season the prawns with 1/2tbsp paprika, 1/2tbsp garlic granules, 1/2tbsp onion granules. Chop the pepper, onion and mushrooms and cook them in a pan till soft. Once the garlic has roasted mix with butter
Step 3
Slice the baguette and spread the garlic butter onto each of the slices. Sprinkle with 30g parmesan and top with bacon pieces. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes
Step 4
To the vegetables add cream, salt, 1tbsp garlic granules, 1tbsp paprika, mixed herbs, turmeric, spinach, sliced tomatoes and prawns. Place the lid on and cook for a couple of minutes. Top with fresh parsley and 10g parmesan and enjoy with the cheesy garlic bread
