Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Pasta with Chicken

Serves 3


Step 1

Chop the rosemary. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary, 1tbsp parmesan and salt on top

Step 2

Boil the pasta. In a pot add oil and minced garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes then add the cream cheese and pasta water

Step 3

Add artichokes and spinach to the pot

Step 4

Cook the chicken breasts in a frying pan. Slice the lemon

Step 5

Add 1tbsp parmesan to the sauce. Transfer the sauce to an oven proof dish

Step 6

Place the chicken on top of the sauce along with the lemon slices. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180C

Step 7

Serve the sauce on top of the pasta. Slice a chicken breast and place on top of the pasta
