Coat your prawns in the chilli paste and 1 tsp of the cajun seasoning, then fry in fry-light spray until pink and cooked through

Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside, then add your veg and stir fry until softened. Get some water boiling for your pasta

Add the remaining spices and stir through, continuing to cook on a medium heat. Get the pasta cooking

Stir the cream cheese, parmesan and spinach into the veg along with some pasta water. Return the prawns to the pan along with the cooked, drained spaghetti

Once thoroughly coated, serve the pasta in bowls, along with a little more grated parmesan
