Season the tofu with soy sauce, 10g honey, 25g sriracha sauce and garlic granules. Double coat the tofu in egg white and crushed pop chips
Air fry for 10 minutes. Mix together 20g sriracha sauce, mayo, mustard and 5g honey. Cover the tofu with the sauce and mozzarella. Air fry until the cheese has melted. Toast the bun then assemble the burger. Enjoy!
