Wash potatoes well and slice them in half. Transfer to a bowl

Add the garlic and herb butter to the bowl and coat the potatoes, combined well

Dip the potatoes into parmesan. Press down so the cheese sticks on and add to baking dish. Repeat for the rest of the potatoes

Put them in the oven to bake 40 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy and it is cooked through. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
