Step 1
Spoon some pesto into a frying pan on a high heat and spread it around to make a thin layer
Step 2
Once the pan is nice and hot, crack in 2 eggs and spread the pesto from around the pan on top of the eggs to cook them
Step 3
Toast some sourdough and spread butter over it before laying the eggs and sprinkle with chilli flakes
