Beat and season egg with salt and pepper and submerge the prawns. Then toss them in the panko breadcrumbs, making sure they are full coated. The fry them in a pan, on medium high heat with the chorizo

Toast the wrap on the stove for 10 seconds each side. Then begin to build your burrito. Firstly adding the rice, the pinto beans, then the prawns and chorizo

Step 3

Add the salsa, guacamole, cheese and jalapeños

Step 4

Then wrap your burrito, folding the sides in and rol
