Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Mix the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, chilli flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, sugar and garlic in your crockpot

Step 2

Coat the pork in the sauce, then slice the onion and place on top of the pork

Step 3

Cook for 3 hours, then slice the mushrooms and add to the pot. Cook for a further hour

Step 4

Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes, then mash. Stir in milk and butter with an electric mixer, then add salt, pepper and Buttery Steakhouse seasoning

Step 5

Make the gravy according to packet instructions, then serve the pork, mashed potatoes and gravy and enjoy!
