Preheat oven to 350C. Mix together al dente cooked rice, finely diced onion, chopped parsley, chopped dill, chopped mint, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Oil the bottom and sides of an oven safe container
(tip: place a few non-rollable leaves on the bottom to avoid burning your Dolmades)
Step 3
Lay out a grape leave stem/vein side up and shiny side down. Put a tablespoon of filling at the base and roll like a burrito/follow my video. Do not over fill or roll to tight, rice may expand a bit
Step 4
Keep placing Dolmades in your dish, feel free to stack them. Pour water or chicken stock over your Dolmades.
Place a few non-rollable leaves on the top of your Dolmades to avoid burning them. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes
