Step 1
Cook the bacon medallions to taste in a frying pan, then beat the egg and egg whites and pour into a non-stick pan
Step 2
Season the egg with chilli flakes, salt and pepper, then slice the bagel thins in half and place on top of the egg once cooked and flip over onto a chopping board or plate
Step 3
Return to the pan, bagel side down, and top with the bacon. Top with low fat cheese, then fold, tip onto a plate, serve and enjoy!
