Method

Step 1
Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder
Step 2
Next, mix in the coconut milk and apple sauce till smooth
Step 3
Grease a ramekin and spoon in 2/3 of the mix ture, then the peanut butter and maple syrup, then top with the remaining mixture
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C
Step 5
Run a knife round the rim of the ramekin, turn out the pudding and enjoy!
