Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients (10)

Serves 1

5 eggs

400g cooked white rice

2 spring onions

1tbsp light soy sauce

1tbsp oyster sauce

1/2tsp white pepper

1 1/2tsp black pepper

1tbsp chilli flakes (optional)

1tsp salt

1tbsp vegetable oil

Method

Step 1

Mix the eggs, 1/2tsp black and white pepper and salt in a small bowl. Chop the spring onions and set aside


Step 2

Add the oil to a wok and add the eggs


Step 3

Scramble the eggs on a medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes


Step 4

Add the cooked rice and mix well


Step 5

Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well


Step 6

Add 1tsp black pepper or chilli flakes and mix


Step 7

Add the spring onions, mix, serve and enjoy!
