Step 1
To cubed chicken add fajita seasoning, Nando's sauce, 1tbsp Old El Paso seasoning and mix. Dip the chicken in breadcrumb and air fry for 15-20 minutes
Step 2
Boil pasta in salted water according to packet instructions. In a pan add chopped onion and chopped pepper. Then add 1tbsp Old El Paso seasoning, milk and mozzarella cheese. Add in the pasta and chicken nuggets and cook for a couple of minutes. Plate up the pasta and garnish with parsley
