In a pan, bring together milk, sugar and then rice flour. Stir well with a whisk and bring up to a boil, you should stir continuously for around two minutes as it thickens.

Now, kill the heat and stir in rose water. Keep stirring as it thickens, it should be quite loose but it will set once cooled.
Step 3
Serve in bowls, and decorate with pistachios, rose petals, cinnamon or anything of your choice and liking.
