Step 1

Heat the oven to 175. Tear up your leftover filo pastry in a bowl, then add your melted butter and toss to coat

Step 2

Spread evenly over a baking tray, and leave to cook for half an hour, stirring half way through to ensure even crisping

Step 3

Let them cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle half with salt and half with icing sugar. Toss together in a bowl then devour
