Method

Step 1

Bake the fish sticks for 20 minutes

Step 2

Place a bowl on a damp towel. To the bowel add the egg yolk, minced garlic and anchovy

Step 3

Slowly whisk in the vegetable oil. Once the sauce becomes creamy add in sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper and grated parmesan. Alternatively you can use store bought mayonnaise instead of oil and egg yolk

Step 4

Add the lettuce to the sauce and mix well. Chop the fish sticks into bite sized pieces and add to the bowl. Enjoy as a salad or make into a sandwich
