Method

Step 1

Slice your bread into squares and combine the egg whites, milk, protein powder, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl, mixing until small bubbles form

Step 2

Add the bread to the egg mixture and mix until the bread is soaked

Step 3

Spray the oil onto the muffin tray and spoon the mixture evenly into the tray, topping with cinnamon and apple sauce

Step 4

Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC and serve with maple syrup
