Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Finely slice all of your vegetables, and crumble up your tofu

Step 2

Heat up the sesame oil in the pan and gently fry off the veg

Step 3

Add the tofu and the soy sauce, then leave to continue cooking on a low heat

Step 4

Cut the sheets in half, then soak in water to soften so you can fill the rolls with the filling

Step 5

Once all the rolls are made, heat up some more oil in a frying pand and fry off the rolls, turning so they go golden on each side

Step 6

Serve immediately with sriracha mayo and sesame seeds sprinkled over the top
