Leftover meat? throw it all together with this simple fried rice recipe

Step 1
Start by dicing up your leftover meat of choice. Ideally, this recipe requires you to use leftover rice, however, cooking it and then running it under cold water will do just fine.
Step 2
Start by whisking two eggs together in a pan on a medium heat. Once scrambled and cooked through, remove from the pan and pop in a dish
Step 3
Next, oil the same pan. Whilst heating, chop two spring onions and add them into the pan. Follow with the frozen vegetables.
Step 4
Next add in your diced meat. This recipe uses pork. Mix well and combine over the heat
Step 5
Now, add in your garlic and ginger and continue to stir. Add salt and pepper.
Step 6
Next add in the rice. Stir well, and add in hoisin, soy sauce and re-add the egg. Continue to combine everything and once mixed through, serve and enjoy
