Method
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add brown sugar
Step 2
Add in cocoa powder and plain flour and mix together
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt, eggs and vanilla once the mixture has cooled
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes depending on tin depth
