Method

Step 1

Chop the pepper, onion, garlic and coriander

Step 2

Add the onion and pepper to an oiled pan on medium heat. Add the garlic after 3 minutes and season with salt

Step 3

After another 3-4 minutes, add the rice, beans and coriander. Add the salsa, mix well and cook for a further 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
