Method

Step 1

Wash and roast potatoes at 200ΒΊC for 40-45 minutes

Step 2

Make the glaze by mixing water, light soy sauce, honey, grated garlic and fish sauce

Step 3

When the potatoes are cooked, remove from the oven and add the glaze. Reduce over a high heat for around 10 minutes until sticky

Step 4

Once the potatoes are sticky and covered in the glaze, serve and top with sesame oil and sesame seeds
