Method

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180ºC. Finely chop the parsley and wrap the bulb of garlic in tin foil, season with salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the parsley, garlic and butter until well combined

Step 3

Spread the garlic butter over the flatbread and top with mozzarella, pepper and oregano. Bake for 15 minutes, serve and enjoy!
