Method

Step 1

Start by combining light soy, gochujang, rice vinegar, msg and white sugar in a jug. Give it a good mix to combine.

Step 2

Dice half a white onion, finely chop spring onion, garlic and chilli. Set aside

Step 3

Heat a pan with some oil in, and then begin to fry your onions for a few minutes.

Step 4

Now add in your garlic.

Step 5

Add your minced beef and combine with the onions and garlic. Cook off for five minutes

Step 6

Get your sauce in the pan and combine well with everything.

Step 7

Finally add in spring onion and red chilli. Fry for one minute and turn off the heat, serve with rice.
