Step 1

Start by pouring a good glug of oil into a pan on a medium heat, then, drizzle one tbsp of honey in there and add half a tsp of cinnamon. Add your choice of granola into the pot and mix well. Take off the heat and remove from the pan once the granola is warm and sticky

Step 2

Once removed, slice your banana into halves length ways. Keep the heat in the pan and add more oil, the rest of the honey and cinnamon. Place your bananas in the pan and caramelise on both sides, remove once deep golden brown

Step 3

Begin to prepare your granola plate by spooning on your greek yoghurt. Then, pour in your berries or berry compote. Roll your granola into a ball and place this on there too, followed by your caramelised bananas. Finish with fresh strawberries, a sprinkle of dried fruit and seeds and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
