A quick, delicious dinner, that's just a little bit extra

Step 1
Start with the tzatziki: grate the cucumber into a bowl lined with cheese cloth. Wring the cheesecloth to squeeze out as much water as possible. (If you don't have cheesecloth, leave the grated cucumber in the fridge overnight to dry out)
Step 2
Mix the cucumber with the yogurt, vinegar, olive oil, dill, garlic and salt and pepper. Cover and leave in the fridge

Cut the halloumi into slices, and rub all over with the seasoning. Meanwhile, warm your tortilla up by wrapping in foil, and heating in the oven
Step 4
Warm some oil in a frying pan, then get the halloumi cooking for about 2 minutes on each side, or until it's as crispy as you like it.
Step 5
When the halloumi is done, get the egg frying in the same pan. You can assemble your wrap at the same time in whatever order you like with the remaining ingredients. When the egg is done cooking, throw it on top, wrap up, and enjoy!
