Ground Cherry Salsa with Tortilla Chips

Step 1

For the salsa combine ground cherries, tomatoes, onion, chilli pepper (remove seeds if don’t like spicy), lemon juice, thyme, and salt in a food processor and pulse to combine. Chill for about 1 hour

Step 2

For tortilla chips preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and cut the tortilla into wedges. Transfer the tortilla wedges to a baking sheet lined with parchment in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Serve tortilla chips with ground cherry salsa and enjoy
