Craving chocolate but don't want to go to the shop? This recipe lets you make an all round winner of a pudding at home for a fraction of the price of the real thing (but it tastes just as good!)

Step 1
Crush the biscuits into small crumbs with your fingers and put them in a bowl with the butter. Now mix the biscuits and butter together and fill the base of two ramekins and lightly press down the base with your fingers

Next, add in the toffee sauce. Just squeeze in enough to cover the base, you want a good layer of toffee, then pop in the fridge to set. In the meantime, make the topping by pouring the cream into a small bowl and whisking with a fork until thick
Step 3
When the cream is thickened grab another bowl and break your dark chocolate into it. Melt in the microwave in 20 second increments until smooth. Pour the cream in with the chocolate and stir until combines. Spoon on top of the cheesecake bases and flatten the tops before covering with clingfilm and leaving in the fridge for a few hours to set
