Description

Accidentally made the best breakfast snack 😌

Method

Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan and add the halloumi and crack in the egg
Step 2
When there’s some colour on the halloumi, flip it
Step 3
Remove the halloumi when it’s nice and golden and add the bread to the pan to toast
Step 4
If you’re anti-runny yolks, add a few drops of water to the pan after removing the toasted bread and cover with a lid for about 30 seconds
Step 5
Spread chilli jam on the toast, followed by halloumi and the egg
Step 6
Season with chilli flakes, garlic salt and pepper and enjoy!
