Halloumi tacos

Serves 1


Step 1

Start by chopping your halloumi in to small bitesize pieces

Step 2

Add the halloumi into a mixing bowl then coat with the honey, lime juice, chilli flakes and garlic granules

Step 3

Heat up a pan over medium to high hat and add in your halloumi. You’re looking for a nice golden caramelisation on the sides of the halloumi but whilst they’re frying, get onto the next steps!

Step 4

Thinly slice your spring onions, chop the cucumber and tomatoes, then lastly the coriander. Your halloumi should be nearly done, ensure you’ve turned them a few times

Step 5

Lay out two wraps, spread a spoon of cucumber yoghurt dip onto each then add the halloumi, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, pepper and coriander. Finish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
