Method

Step 1
Start by finely chopping your garlic and coriander.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, pour in your orange juice and add in the coriander and garlic along with lemon juice, cumin, halved chillies and pepper.
Step 3
Marinate your steak with this sauce (longer the better)
Step 4
Fry your steak on a high heat, this recipe recommends cooking to medium. Slice your steak.
Step 5
Place the steak slices onto a soft tortilla and add cheese over along with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños and salsa. Enjoy!
