Delicious healthy butter chicken made in the air fryer


Serves 3


Step 1
Season the chicken with 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 2tsp garam masala, turmeric, 1tsp ground coriander, 1tsp cumin, salt and pepper. Add 100g yoghurt and mix
Step 2
To a frying pan add butter, chopped onion, 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste1tsp cumin, 1tsp coriander, 1 1/2tsp garam masala, 1tsp chilli powder and passata. Cook the sauce for 10-15 mins until the curry is a red colour. Blend the curry
Step 3
To the blended curry add semi skimmed milk, 50g 0% fat yoghurt and fenugreek. Cook for 10 minutes
Step 4
Allow the sauce to cool before adding 2/3 of it to the chicken. Marinade the chicken for at least an hour. Air fry the chicken at 200C for 20 minutes
