Healthy Bang Bang Fried Chicken

A healthier way to cook spicy fried chicken.


Serves 2


Step 1
Start by putting the chicken thighs in a mixing bowl, and cover in 1 tbsp of all spice, garlic powder and 1 tsp of chilli flakes. Mix the thighs well with the seasoning.
Step 2
Sprinkle the baking powder over the thighs and then pour the flour over, cover and coat all of the thighs in one tbsp of flour.
Step 3
Whisk together the whites of two eggs, then pour over and coat the chicken.
Step 4
Mix together the rest of the flour and seasonings. Then cover the chicken with it.
Step 5
Pop in the airfryer for half an hour, flipping over half way through.
Step 6
In a pan, melt butter with hot sauce, mayonnaise and a tbsp of honey.
Step 7
Remove the chicken thighs and cover in the sauce. Then, air fry for a final five minutes before serving.
