Season chicken with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic granules and 2tsp buffalo sauce. Airfry chicken for 15 mins

Microwave potato for 10 mins or boil potato. Scoop out the inside of the potato and combine with chopped chicken, reduced fat cheese, cream cheese, and 2tbsp buffalo sauce

Stuff the potato skins with the chicken mixture and top with mozzarella. Airfry stuffed potato for 5-7 mins
