Step 1
Start by chopping fresh parsley and cutting the top of a bulb of garlic, spray with frylight. Cover in tinfoil and roast in an oven for half an hour at 190C.
Step 2
Once roasted, squeeze out the garlic from the bulb into a bowl. Add in the parsley and combine with a tsp of butter.
Step 3
Slice into the side of a chicken breast, and then stuff with the garlic butter made. Add mozzarella in too.
Step 4
Whisk together egg whites. Prepare a bowl of breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken into the egg whites and then into the breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Airfry for thirty minutes at 180C and serve.
