“A healthy tasty version of a chicken shawarma kebab”
— The Gym Companion

Serves 4

Step 1

Place your chicken breasts into a large bowl before adding the ground garlic, smoked paprika, ground coriander, cumin, cardamom powder, chilli powder, a squeeze of lemon juice and 50g of the yoghurt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients and to ensure your chicken breasts are well coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cooking

Step 2

When ready to cook your chicken, place it in your air fryer and cook at 200 degrees celsius for 15/20 minutes. When cooked, remove and cut into strips

Step 3

Lightly toast your flatbread. Make a mint sauce by combining the remaining yoghurt with the mint and garlic granules. You can then assemble your kebab as you desire using the salad, mint sauce, chilli sauce and chicken - enjoy
