Method

Step 1

Butterfly the chicken and finely dice the garlic. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, garlic, smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chilli powder, lemon juice and yoghurt

Step 2

Mix well, then allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, being sure to flip halfway, then serve and enjoy!
