Quick and easy, healthy chicken tikka

Method

Step 1
Place your chicken thighs into a large bowl then add the tandoori masala, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, cinnamon, cardamom powder, garlic, and ginger. Slice up your onion and tomato then add those to the bowl too, then also add the yoghurt and the juice from the 1/2 lemon
Step 2
Mix everything together to combine and ensure the chicken is well coated. You should now allow your chicken to marinate for as long as possible - at least an hour
Step 3
Once marinated, place it into your air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius
