Step 1
Place your chicken thighs in a bowl and season with some salt and pepper, the basil, oregano, and the garlic granules, tossing to ensure an even coating
Step 2
Air fry the chicken for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celsius
Step 3
Finely dice and fry your garlic cloves in the sun-dried tomato oil, before adding the semi-skimmed milk and seasoning with the nutmeg and a little pepper, then add the Parmesan cheese and mix through
Step 4
Remove your chicken from the air fryer and add it to your sauce. Allow your sauce to reduce and thicken before serving
