Healthy Devilled Chicken Noodles

This one pan dinner has all the flavour you want from a takeaway without all the excess fat


Serves 2


Step 1
Dice the chicken thighs and fry with 1tsp curry powder, cumin seeds, salt and pepper until browned, then set the chicken aside on a plate
Step 2
Dice the onion and chilli, then add to the pan that the chicken was cooked in along with garlic and ginger paste. Cook the noodles
Step 3
Cut the peppers into strips, then add to the pan once the onion has softened along with 1tsp curry powder
Step 4
Readd the chicken along with sriracha, ketchup and soy sauce and mix well. Drain and add the noodles and mix. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds, serve and enjoy!
