Healthy dirty katsu fries with chicken and curry sauce.
Ingredients
Serves 1
230g potatoes
12g flour
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 baking powder
1 chicken breast
Salt and pepper
Katsu sauce
50g breadcrumbs
1 egg white
Method
Step 1
Start by chopping your potato into fries, and placing them into an ice bath.
Step 2
Then, drain and place into a mixing bowl. Season with garlic granules, paprika, chilli powder, flour and baking powder.
Step 3
Place in an airfryer for twenty minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 4
Pat your chicken breast dry with a paper towel, and then season with salt and pepper. Create an egg wash by taking the white of an egg and whisking.
Step 5
Place your chicken into the egg wash and then into breadcrumbs. Coat well and then pop in the airfryer for twenty minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 6
Slice your chicken into strips and place on a bed on the katsu fries. Cover in katsu sauce and enjoy.
