Step 1

Start by butterflying your chicken breasts

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, mince garlic and ginger. Then, pour in coconut yoghurt along with your curry powder, tomato paste and tadoori masala powder. Squeeze in the juice from half of a lemon and mix together. Marinate your chicken in the mixture for five minutes in the fridge

Step 3

Place your marinated chicken into the air fryer for fifteen to twenty minutes. Slice and serve up
