Delicious yet healthy Sri Lankan prawns
Ingredients
Serves 2
300g cooked prawns
1/2 onion
1 pepper
4 Thai chillis
2tbsp sriracha sauce
1tsp curry powder
1tsp paprika
2tsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove
1tsp ginger
Method
Step 1
In a pan fry chopped garlic and ginger. Then, add chopped onion, bell pepper and chilis. Cook until vegetables have softened
Step 2
Once cooked add sriracha and prawns followed by curry powder and paprika. Add soy sauce and serve with rice
