Method

Step 1

Mix beef mince, garlic purée, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and pepper in a bowl. Slice the tomatoes and salad and mix ketchup, mustard and mayo in a small bowl to make the burger sauce

Step 2

Stuff the mince mixture with a Babybel and form into a patty shape. Smash into a hot pan and add salt

Step 3

Flip and top with American cheese. Toast the bun, then spread the sauce on the top and bottom buns, stack salad, the patty and cheese, tomato and the top bun, serve and enjoy!Flip and top with American cheese.
