Method

Step 1
Start by mixing your yogurt, coconut yogurt, vanilla whey protein and vanilla extract in a bowl
Step 2
Next, spread the yogurt out on parchment paper to your desired thickness. Use a chocolate of your choice and melt over a Bain Marie (a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water) then drizzle on over the yogurt. Finish with some flaked almonds and freeze flat for an hour or until hard
