Method

Step 1

Chop the paneer and tomato into bite sized pieces and set aside. Dice the onion and fry in butter until softened

Step 2

Coat the paneer in 10g curry powder, then add ginger garlic paste to the onions. Stir well and add spinach and 10g curry powder

Step 3

Fry the paneer in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes until crispy

Step 4

Blend the spinach and add crème fraiche. Stir well and add paneer and tomatoes, serve and enjoy!
